Football Kenya Federation (FKF) and Mozzart Bet Kenya Limited have signed a new three-year sponsorship agreement worth KSh90 million, officially launching the 2026 Mozzart Bet Cup
Under the deal, Mozzart Bet will invest KSh30 million annually from 2026 to 2028 into Kenya’s premier domestic knockout competition, extending its role as the tournament’s title sponsor and reaffirming its long-term commitment to local football
Speaking during the contract signing ceremony in Nairobi, FKF President Hussein Mohammed said the renewed partnership would strengthen the competition and deliver tangible benefits to clubs across the country.
“This partnership is not just about sponsorship, it is about building a stronger, more competitive and more credible football ecosystem in Kenya,” Mohammed said. “The Mozzart Bet Cup has become a truly national competition that gives every club a fair chance, and this investment guarantees better organisation, better visibility and real financial support for our teams”
The Mozzart Bet Cup has grown into one of the most anticipated tournaments on the local football calendar and will feature 64 teams. These include 15 clubs from the top league and 47 teams drawn from lower divisions, reinforcing its reputation as an inclusive national competition
Mozzart Bet Kenya Limited Director Rolex Sirma said the enhanced sponsorship reflected confidence in both the competition and the leadership of Kenyan football.
“We are proud to extend our partnership with the Mozzart Bet Cup for another three years with an enhanced sponsorship package worth KSh90 million,” Sirma said. “This increase is a statement of confidence in Kenyan football, in the clubs, and in the leadership of FKF”
One of the key highlights of the new deal is the introduction of individual cash awards for outstanding performers, alongside an improved prize structure for participating teams, aimed at boosting competitiveness and rewarding excellence
The signing ceremony also featured the Round of 64 draw, officially setting the stage for the 2026 edition of the tournament. The first round of matches will be played on February 7 and 8, with the final scheduled for June 17, 2026.
