All is set for the 2026 WRC Safari Rally as Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL), through its premium beer brand White Cap, confirms a Ksh45 million sponsorship towards this year’s global motorsport spectacle.
The sixth edition of the Safari Rally since its return to the World Rally Championship calendar will take place from March 12–15 in Naivasha, attracting elite local and international drivers alongside thousands of fans.
The rally continues to cement Kenya’s position as a premier global motorsport destination.
Speaking during the sponsorship unveil at the Tusker Brew House in Ruaraka, White Cap was named the Official Pouring Partner and Responsible Drinking Partner for the event, reinforcing its commitment to responsible enjoyment at social gatherings.
Fans can expect a redefined experience at spectator zones, with a premium paddock-inspired area modeled after iconic Formula 1 circuits.
Set against the legendary Miti Mbili jump, the space will feature elevated viewing decks, exclusive comfort zones, and live on-screen coverage to capture every thrilling moment.

KBL Managing Director Andrew Kilonzo emphasized the significance of the Safari Rally to Kenya’s sporting landscape, noting its alignment with the country’s ambition to transform into a global multi-sport hub by 2030.
“We have increased our sponsorship for the Safari Rally by Ksh25 million as a demonstration of our commitment to the sport and adventure for our consumers and fans. The investment will elevate logistics and the overall village experience at the 2026 rally,” said Kilonzo.
Beyond sports, Kilonzo highlighted KBL’s dedication to responsible drinking and environmental sustainability, pledging to use the partnership to champion water conservation and environmental protection.
Safari Rally Kenya Representative Jerry Orode expressed gratitude to White Cap, underscoring the critical role of sponsorship in delivering world-class events.
He also announced a historic first: spectators will witness the shakedown in Naivasha, right next to the service park, offering fans unprecedented access to rally preparations.
“The Safari Rally has always captured the soul, passion, and energy of millions. This year’s shakedown in Naivasha is a historic moment for fans here and globally,” Orode said, urging attendees to obey traffic marshals and prioritize safety.
The 2026 edition will feature 20 special stages covering around 350 competitive kilometers of Kenya’s iconic and punishing terrain, promising an unforgettable motorsport spectacle.
